Jay Sparrow Jay Sparrow is a Canadian singer-songwriter. Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Sparrow was lead singer for the Edmonton punk rock band Murder City Sparrows;〔("Local musician Jay Sparrow celebrates album release" ).
